[ On the screen stands a young looking woman in regal red, bright garments. The device is placed at a distance so that the feed can transmit her entire body, and she looks vaguely amused. She gestures with her hand at the surrounding areas, and the slight smile on her face nearly drops entirely. ]

Yet this land I stand upon... Truly, how times have made this land that I once knew as Britannia to fall so low. It is a tragic sight, to think that it was once a part of my Empire, but I get the feeling that the world beyond the Moon Cell is exactly as how this place appears to be. Why, it does not feel as though I have left my own realm at all.

[ And at that, her eyes narrow and glisten with a sharp look. ]

But I know this is not the case. This... Initiative has torn me apart from my Master, and that is a sin I cannot forgive, despite how courteous they were to my presence and readily answering my queries. Hah! Then again, perhaps my situation is punishment for the sin of defeating a misguided Savior to leave the world as is. Yet I do not regret my actions one bit.

So tell me, those who came before, how goes this war that we are all unceremoniously made to participate in?

Wow, that's really... well, incredible! Fighting was something I was never familiar with, or prepared for so arriving here was quite the surprise.

I've never met royalty either, so I guess this world is just going to keep surprising me.

Mmm. [ While her chest swells with pride that she's giving such a young girl an opportunity with one as great as her, her naivete shows and makes itself more apparent the longer Saber speaks with her. ]

Do not let it become a common occurrence. Surprises can the fatal mistake that ends one's time in war pre-maturely.

A-ah, of course. ( her cheeks notice considerably, but she nods. although the thought of battle itself -unlike the concept of war- was not truly surprising to her, fighting witches was much different from trained soldiers and no amount of time she had spent watching the others fight had really prepared her for this sort of thing. )

I'm sorry, I've been rude. My name is Madoka Kaname, and if you have any other questions I can answer them to the best of my ability. I've been here for... a while now, so it's the least I can do.

I shall forgive you of your mistake; it's a triviality at best. [ She gives the girl a pleasant smile now, but her eyes remain steely and attentive. She won't fault the girl for her innocence, but merely caution her against not showing it often. ]

And you will be rewarded with my name: I am a Heroic Spirit of the Servant Saber class. Tell me how long you have stayed here exactly - "a while" is too vague on how much information you could possibly give me.

Ah... may I call you, um, Miss Saber then? ( my what a mouth full though, Madoka has to give a moment of pause and repeat it over in her mind just in case. )

It's been nine months now since I first arrived.

I will allow that. Though... "miss" is too generic; could you not say another term? Like lord? Or even lady? I am a grown woman, after all!

[ And that seems more important than the latter part of the conversation-- which she'll totally get to later. Totally. ]

Hehe, of course! Mm, well then... Lord Saber, it's very nice to meet you.

( and she is just delightfully amused, but happy to oblige nevertheless. )

Mmm! Superb. I do like the sound of that. As for my questions... with such an amount of time, I would assume you have taken a few missions. What do they generally comprise of?

[revelation]

Well, so far I've seen two kinds of missions so far. There are ones when we all go to one location together, and others when we separate into smaller groups.

Either way, there is always a main objective we have to complete and those can be very random with some easier than others. For example, preventing someone from being hurt because of an accident or having to battle a large army.

Hmm, I can see the latter being troublesome, depending on how the person we are assigned to protect would act under fire. The latter... haha, I would make that a spectacle for all who would see.
