--And here we are. What an intricate device it is, and its design is solidly made!

[ On the screen stands a young looking woman in regal red, bright garments. The device is placed at a distance so that the feed can transmit her entire body, and she looks vaguely amused. She gestures with her hand at the surrounding areas, and the slight smile on her face nearly drops entirely. ]

Yet this land I stand upon... Truly, how times have made this land that I once knew as Britannia to fall so low. It is a tragic sight, to think that it was once a part of my Empire, but I get the feeling that the world beyond the Moon Cell is exactly as how this place appears to be. Why, it does not feel as though I have left my own realm at all.

[ And at that, her eyes narrow and glisten with a sharp look. ]

But I know this is not the case. This... Initiative has torn me apart from my Master, and that is a sin I cannot forgive, despite how courteous they were to my presence and readily answering my queries. Hah! Then again, perhaps my situation is punishment for the sin of defeating a misguided Savior to leave the world as is. Yet I do not regret my actions one bit.

So tell me, those who came before, how goes this war that we are all unceremoniously made to participate in?

I'm a little worried about the same - whatever they're planning can't be good.
But there are a lot of strong fighters here, so whatever it is, we can handle it.

And it appears there are many more arriving, myself included, of course. Since you are here, I assume you are a soldier as well?

It seems that new people arrive almost every month, due to the machine that the Initiative controls. I've already been here for a few months - but I think it's a little much to say I'm a soldier. I'm not much of a physical fighter; I'm a Fairy Tail wizard.

Oh? And what do these Fairy Tail wizards specialize in?

We all have different magics that we specialize in - there isn't any one. I specialize in celestial magic, and I have two other friends here who have different magics - Fire Dragon Slayer and Reequip magic.

So you dabble with the divine? [ Sounds only slightly impressed, but the last one gets her confused. ] And what does that last one entail?

Something like that - [ Heavenly bodies and stars are totally divine. ] yes.

Re-equipmagic allows a wizard to change armor and equipment in the blink of an eye to suit the needs of battle. My friend Erza is a Reequip Wizard. I'm sure she'd be happy to demonstrate her magic for you if you're curious.

You sound like a practitioner barely starting out. A more experienced magus would answer with a more bold reply!

Hm. [ The name itself should be apparent, but Saber might have guessed wrong or the word could have an entirely different context. Now that she has a better picture. ] Yes, I would like a display once I make acquaintances with her.

[ Pft, Lucy actually laughs at that. ]

I wouldn't say I was a master in my class, but I have been training for a long time. A better explanation is that a celestial wizard contracts with spirits, to fight on their side, or for other uses, like entertainment or companionship.

I can introduce you to Erza when you're settled in then. And when she's back from training.

[ Her response puzzled her a bit - and slightly irritated her since she thought she was laughing at what Saber said - but as she explains it, she merely nods. Well, doesn't that sound like a magus? Granted, Saber's curious about the level of spirits these Fairy Tail wizards were allowed to commune with, but that's for another time. ]

You may address me as Saber. There is another here who shares my face and designation, but for personal reasons, I shall keep my name to just that.

[ Oh dear. Well she'd apologize if she'd offended, but! ]

Then it's nice to meet you Saber! [ Another one with the same face and designation? Wu- ]

That must be really confusing-[ And a little creepy. ] meeting someone with the same face and name as you.

I've been through that too - another me, on a different planet. But she had a completely different personality and her last name was different too. Once you heard her talk it was easy to tell us apart.

[ That actually makes her laugh a little herself. ]

You speak of the situation that I am currently having with my own, and though we share the same class, I highly doubt she is who I am. Perhaps when all is clear and trust is gained, I will divulge my true name.

[ She grins at the laugh. ]

If the situation is similar to the one I went through in Edolas, it might just be that she shares your appearance and part of your name. It'd be a little too much to think that she was you in everything, don't you think?

Actually, I would think it rather flattering. [ Chuckles. ] She'd be a fan of mine! If a bit eccentric, but that is hardly the case. She is far more... reserved, to put it one way.

[ A fan... any other time that'd probably be a bad thing! They might Single White Female you! ]

That's one way to look at it... but wait, if you both have the same names and appearances, how do I distinguish you from the other Saber, when I need to get in touch with you to introduce you to Erza?

[ The answer comes easily: ]

Red. You may refer to me as Red Saber. My counterpart has a taste for royal blue to adorn her person. And if one should look closely, there are significant differences between her and I.

[ Blue Saber is slightly taller. Red Saber has bigger breasts and longer ahoge. Hah. ]

Red Saber? Okay, that's easy enough! [ Red Saber and Blue Saber. Well at least it sounds better than saying 'Lucy and Edo Lucy' that got to be a bit of a mouthful. ]

I'll remember that.

Is there anything else you might have questions or need help with, or has everyone already helped you in that regard?

Just one other thing: have you heard of a young woman named Hakuno Kishinami?

[ Her tone is pretty neutral when she asks this, but there's a glint of hope in her eyes. ]

[ Clearly this Hakuno is a friend of Saber's, and Lucy knows how she would feel if she were brought here without her friends. Well...it is what happened. At first. She smiles sadly, shaking her head. ]

I'm sorry, no. But I'll keep an eye out for her if she's a friend of yours.

Friend? No, she is-- [ Pauses, blinking. Then a pleased smile appears on her face. ]

No, you are correct. She is a friend, my Master, and someone precious to me. It pleases me to know you will help on her search should she ever pop up from these transporters.

[ Master? A servant or something then. Lucy nods, smiling agreement. ]

If she's important to you, I'll be happy to keep an eye out for her. I hope you'll be able to see her again. Although if it's here I'll feel a little bad - it's not the beest of places in the world.

Although anywhere is okay, as long as you can be together with your friends. Even being here I don't mind since I have some of my friends with me.

Hah! Once I am aware of her presence, not even the gods themselves will tear her from my side! I would cut down any who would try to enact such a sin against us!

I know exactly what you mean. My friends are the same way- you could even say it's one of the basic principles of our guild.

[ It isn't even a question - Lucy knows that Natsu and Erza would challenge even a god for their friends, and Lucy would be right there with them. ]

Camaraderie among your peers should always be a basic fact within that sort of faction. Though my Master and I take no part in a guild, the strength of our bond could easily match those of your own.

[ Probably even better. Hah! ]
