[Silence grips him now as he thinks about the rare moment they spent before she just suddenly vanished. ]

She is safe. I'm certain of it. The same goes for the others as well.

I hope she is, sir. [He looked down] And are you alright, Strider?

[A small smile appears.] All is well, Sam.

Don't worry yourself on my behalf.

[undroppedeaves]

[He will worry anyways but he nods and tries to smile.] Very well Strider.

[Seeing this as the opportunity to change the subject, Aragorn does so. He doesn't want to think about this anymore, and there's more pressing matters to attend to.]

We must speak of other matters.

[Sam nodded] That would be a good idea I think.

Have you spoken with Frodo? [He asks this tentatively.]

[He nods] I have, though it was fair confusing I'm glad he's alright.

Confusing? [Aragorn could almost guess what the halfling was going to say. In truth, his previous conversation with Frodo was just as confusing to him.] How so?

[undroppedeaves]

Well sir, it seems that what he remembers last happened months before what I happened last and somehow he was here when he was also with me back home.

I don't understand it at all.

Nor do I, Sam.

[He frowns deeply.]

This confuses me greatly. Frodo seems to bear no knowledge of the Fellowship breaking.
