Arwen.

[He mutters her name quietly in hopes of taming both his disappointment and relief.]

She is gone. There were no other quests for her to have joined. Nothing that would require her time nor presence.

[Silence grips him now as he thinks about the rare moment they spent before she just suddenly vanished. ]

For those who knew her, I'm certain she's well.

[He studies the man for a moment before giving him a small nod. He's still attempting to figure out the device for himself or he would have considered switching to voice to give the man the privacy he sorely looked like he might need.]

I will leave you to your thoughts, sir, and apologize if I was intruding.

[He shakes his head.]

Tis I who should apologize. It would seem that words have failed me today.

No, you have nothing to apologize for, I'm sure. It seems a delicate moment of great importance to you. I hope that things work out though, however they may.

[Pause.]

[He gives the other a curious glance.] Feel free.

[It earns him a relieved look. The use of The Light itself isn't something he could offer to someone ~~out of his healing range~~ who is gone from this place. Still, a few, softly-spoken words and perhaps a faint glimmer of golden light as he bows his head in respect.]

...If you wish, I will leave you to your thoughts now. I ...know if it were me, I would like time alone to collect my thoughts.

[That slight glimmer of light certainly piqued his intrigue long enough to leave his brooding aside.]

I'm still learning, but yes. I'm a priest of the Light.

[Embarrassed at his breach in manners.]

I'm sorry. I forgot to introduce myself! My name is Anduin Wrynn, I'm new here, actually.

[His brow quirks at that.]

It would seem you share a common namesake with that of the Great River of Wilderland.

I do? I hope that's a good thing.

[Have a small smile.]

It is but more curious than good. Are you familiar with the language of the elves?

Elves? I know a little Darnassian, but nothing exceptional. I'm still learning quite a bit about the languages beyond common.

Darnassian? [Now that's a dialect he never heard of before.] You know nothing of Sindarin, do you?

Mhm...

Such an odd coincidence.

Sindarin? Do you mean the Sin'dorei, the Blood Elves?

[His brow arched high.] No.

I do not believe these two are the same. Although, who are the "Blood Elves"? Their namesake isn't a pleasant one.

Another land, perhaps...? Blood Elves are, well ...Elves. They're loyal to the Horde and tend to have green eyes from the magical energy they've consumed. I'm afraid that compared to some of the races of Azeroth, I don't actually know all that much about them.

While Elves shall always believe their native tongue of Quenya to be their true language, Sindarin is the most commonly spoken dialect. It was the language of the Sindar, those who were left behind on the Great Journey of the Elves by the Teleri.

[He must've seem somewhat pensive now.]

They should should not be confused for these...Blood Elves.

[Anduin listens and watches though, amazed at the short tale, though he adopts an apologetic look when he notices how pensive the other man has become.]

I will keep that in mind from now on.
