[Again, Lucifer is in the borderlands somewhere, holed up in some ruins. This time, however, the walls behind him are scrawled with charred sigils and there's the residual feeling of magic in the air. Someone - likely the devil himself, but could be anyone! - has recently cast a spell here. If this is a concern to Lucifer, he doesn't make it known. Instead, the camera hovers in front of him as he looks thoughtful.]

This inquiry is directed to individuals with more than five senses. If you can't sense magic, then you can go do something else if you want.

To those who know when the fabric of the universe is being messed with, please continue.

[He clears his throat and wipes ash off his hands.]

At the masquerade, someone was messing around with time. If, my friendly time-messer, you are listening to this, you should let me know. I don't think you will, but just to put that out there.

If you have any other ideas on who is messing with time, I'd love to hear them. And everyone, I imagine. As we're all hostages together, it's important for us to have a greater understanding of what we can do, so we can get things done together.

[Having a sense for souls probably means that Lucifer can tell this is a human being, (if that's ok), though he doesn't care enough to figure out anything else. Nonetheless, it takes him a few moments to convert military time.]

To do? Nothing, I don't enjoy getting into fights with people who rip time, generally. Even if you win, you still get hurt. But I'm curious.

Easy. Everything has a weakness, besides God. Manipulating time is an impressive ability but really says nothing about an entity's durability. Glass cannons, I think the saying goes?

[How unspecific, for a quick dig. Being the product of alien space bird science and having put bullets through ghosts (multiple times at that) among other bastardized things of creation, she would be inclined to think even God or beings of anti-time have a weakness.]

Wouldn't risking a little injury be worth ridding it, then?

Seems silly to get into a fight where you could get harmed where the thing you're fighting against didn't care to start something against you.

Well, I imagine I could fight this thing and win, however, I don't know or what it is, given the limited spell reagents in this universe. Now if someone were to tell me what it was, perhaps I could prepare adequately.
