Ranka? Sorry I disappeared all of a sudden after Christmas. I hope you weren't worrying or anything. I dunno if... I mean, I probably won't be home for a while. So just... don't worry. About that.

Everybody else - I mean, like, anybody who knows me and could do me a favor, like... Could you come and talk to Mia Fey? 'cause I need - what's it? - character witnesses. Like, people who've known me for a while who would maybe...

[The next words are mumbled as he looks down at his hands:]

...come and testify at a trial.

Were they gonna kill you or toss you in jail or what? I mean, it's not like there's a legal system here. You should be able to allegedly not kill anyone as much as you want.

I dunno, man. They put me in a cell and they wouldn't say anything to me 'til she showed up and got me put in her custody. No food or anything 'cause probably I wasn't supposed to be alive long. I think they were probably gonna hang me, 'cause yeah, ain't no real law here so they can do whatever they want.

Not everybody, just a few lazy assholes who don't wanna do their jobs and catch the real guy. But she's good, yeah. She knows what she's doing.
