Exactly what it means to be the monarch of anythin'; you rule your claim, obwiously. I got jurisdiction ower all things hopeful or otherwise, uniquely qualified to recognize when all hope is lot or any particular person happens to be deserwin' a' keepin' their hope intact. A bunch of shit really.
