[ It has been some time since she's had a strong presence over the network, so Jaina knows that this day is as good as any to make an appearance. The good people of Azeroth were estranged from their home, friends, and family, so why not give them a little something? The problem is just what is it she can do to help? The snow is an added touch, but other than that? It isn't as though she can just teleport into everyone's place of residence and leave small gifts like certain others she has her eyes on this strange blue box now, but maybe a message to lift their spirits? Jaina's never been any good at that in this season of all seasons, so maybe just a little message will do.

When the video clicks on, Jaina's sitting some distance away (it's nice having magical projectiles) prim and proper as a lady should. There's a faint hint of a smile (forced to the trained eye) and a wave of her hand. ]

Being so preoccupied as of late has left me to neglect the fact that the Feast of Winter Veil is upon us. While there is no time left to prepare for a feast, I do wish all of those who celebrate it the best of times not only here, but wherever you may go. Please be well and enjoy yourselves today for you have earned it.

[ There's a certain reluctance after that is said, almost as though there were other things she wished to say. Instead, it'll cut out after a flick of her wrist. ]

[ They certainly can. Unfortunately, none of those things are usually good, considering the individual involved here. ]

A feast for Yule, as it is called in other realms. There will be much drink and merriment... you should consider attending, my lady.

[ The playfulness is warmly returned. ]

Could it not be both? And preparations are already underway, so far as I know; within the coming day, I'd imagine.

[ As to be expected of a Proudmoore. Although... ]

That's a rather forward offer, [ with the slightest of purrs ] Lady Jaina. Is there something in particular that bears discussion?

[ You, madam, are seeming increasingly like trouble by the second.

This of course means he should continue to respond. ]

It certainly does not bode well that we find ourselves in a realm with more problems than Azeroth. And a meeting of the minds, especially as one as great as yours, would make some amount of sense...

[ With somewhat of an edge: ] I suppose I simply forget how crafty my fellow mages are at times.

[ Nope, just his almost totally not a dragon brother-in-law. No problems here. ]

I'm a politician, dear. I always presume the worst. [ Curiously: ] Noticed what?
northrend: (its a dangerous)

[While Lord Prestor may have been expecting a gentler voice on the line, that is not the one he receives. In fact, its quite the opposite -- a deep baritone, ripe with fury and reverberating in the tones of undeath. Tones of a man who is all to aware of shenanigans being afoot.]

I would quickly reevalutate your position if I were you, Lord Prestor.

[OH SHIT I mean audio]

[ The anger beneath the voice's haunted surface is palpable. He does not recognize it offhand, recognize Arthas offhand for who he is, but it still grants even one of his malevolent station pause. He at least knows Death when he hears it.

And this, undeniably, is Death. Perhaps not Death incarnate, but one who wields it well. As such, he words his response with care. ]

It's rather impolite to barge into a personal conversation so suddenly, don't you think?
