Does anyone know what Monday is? (。ヘ°)

For me, it is the day that the Apocalypse drifted by. A great tragedy struck and the world shook with it, but the chaos drifted away ... peace was hard-fought but found once more.

I wonder, is this not a better message given our surroundings... the Christmas that will come allows closeness that is felt through a holiday, but surviving tragedy ... that shows the shade of the true soul. I daresay their Void... (￣ω￣;)

But I suppose that being so close to the anniversary has made me nostalgic.

I wonder if this time you will listen to me. Idolizing one before their time means that expectations are placed on them which they feel they must meet. Not only the person who is looking to them, but the one who is being looked at... they end up being chained. That is what you are doing to Gai and Inori.

If someone thought of you to be someone that you were not, someone that was far more amazing and spectacular than what you could do, that might make you feel good for a few seconds but eventually the flaws that you have become more apparent to you. Even if the person cannot see it, you are burdened with the fact that you are just human and cannot do all that it is that they want.

You're better off simply casting aside what it is that you believe you see and find what it is that is truly there. Do not be blinded by your previous thoughts and see them for how they are -- their flaws and truths.

There's only so much I can do. I mean. I'm just me. I'm just Shu Ouma. In that scenario there's no way I could live up to everyone's expectations and make them happy. Everything you're saying now makes sense, I think.

I always thought that Gai was a respectable leader. He'd say one word and everyone would follow him without question. Are you trying to tell me that's not who he really is? That he's some kind of person who abuses power? It's true that sometimes Gai's strict towards his own people, but I still don't see what you mean by truth.

It is because you have not cast aside your beliefs. If I recall, a lot of people that were under Gai's command went on suicide missions more often than not. Inori being one of them. Even if she came back, there are those that didn't... is that not abusing one's power?

You're right, it is. Gai's putting lives at stake and even placing Inori in danger.

I was always against Gai whenever he thought it was alright put lives at risk for the sake of a mission. That's crazy.
