[Kuchiki Byakuya isn't one to slack on training, mandatory or not. Back home he trains every day, and while he did let it go for a few days after his arrival while he was getting situated, but he started up again as soon as he got a feel for where he could do it without being interrupted.

I would like to inquire about the weapons system. Has anyone experienced any difficulties with it? If you already had a sentient weapon before arriving here, did it feel any different afterwards?

That's extremely unfortunate then. I'd advise you to speak with an Initiative representative, but they are rather difficult to get ahold of when they don't feel like it. [Said with a rather petty tone near the end there.]

That I have noticed. Their... communication methods leave much to be desired.

They're extremely unorganized, especially considering how extensive of an operation this is! I find myself questioning them often, for example, now, what they could've done to a previously sentient weapon.

And yet, there are some here who would be ready to trust them without question.

Was you weapon also sentient before arriving?

No it was not. I chose a weapon issued by them that pleased me.

I believe I was part of the first initial group brought here.
