I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find colored strings of lights. If those aren't available, what are some materials I could use to fashion something similar?

Looks like the masquerade's a little over a week away now, huh? I know it's short notice, but I have a friend who's simply excellent when it comes to sewing and designing clothes.
