There's no age limit, everyone's going to be wearing a mask and in costume, there's no supervision, and one of the most common questions out of new people showing up here is "where's the nearest bar," so it'll also have alcohol. Lots of it.

I would... strongly encourage Vanadi to have one implemented, at least in regards to the alcohol. If he does not agree, there must be people present to at least ensure that things to do not grow out of control.

Oh, Koltira? Koltira is really good at killing people and possibly babysitting. I've seen a demonstration of one of the two.
