[He knows some would argue that a resurrection is something for which he should feel more grateful. It's hard to have gratitude when the things being asked of him go against his admittedly convoluted moral code.]

What has been done to us is not necessarily wrong. The Initiative themselves has done nothing but support and care for us.

You speak of the mission ahead of us, yes? I will not deny that it may seem wicked. But perhaps there is a reason for it.

After removing us from our own worlds. For some of us, admittedly, they didn't interrupt anything. For others they did, and to bring people from different times has caused more than a little pain. I've observed this in a short time.

It seems like a Blight. Making the land barren for generations after? I've been fighting exactly that for the better part of my life. Hearing the orders from a human tongue rather than the song of an Archdemon makes them no more palatable.

This is a war. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I do not like it, either, but there is no point in trying to save either side.

Out of their control, or poor planning? If they are able to determine from when people come, surely they should know that bringing people out of order will cause all sorts of problems.

Yes, someone else's war, someone who thus far has given very little incentive for the rest of us to cooperate.

Of course. In matters of such consequence, I would not wish to push anyone toward a hasty conclusion. All I ask is that the situation be viewed thoroughly and with an open mind to the various possibilities.
