Of course. I'd like to fault the Initiative for pulling in new transports so soon to the attacks, but it's my understanding even they didn't see this coming.

You and I, everyone here not native to this world, have essentially been impressed into the war between Exsilium (this island) and the united Earth. Exsilium itself is a prison used by the UE to exile all the citizens that revolted against its totalitarian reign.

The Initiative (the ones that brought us here) are trying to change the history of their world by going back in time and using us to change certain events in their favor. Unfortunately, it seems the UE has become aware of their efforts and that's why we're being bombed.

Everyone is hiding in the catacombs currently, where I'd hope you are now. It is exceedingly dangerous to be up above right now.
