Raafa says people who run away are cowards, and not worth anything. I do not want to see any of them again.

[ a pause, one heavy, frustrated sigh, and then she looks a little bit less pissed. it's good to have that out of her system. no onto what really matters, in the middle of this violent occupation. ]

I walked for some days. Five, maybe.

[ Damn. He'd panicked when Martin had decided that he was going to go fight the Masked, and run off before remembering that Artika was somewhere out there too. Otherwise he'd have grabbed both of them. ]

You got attacked earlier. They could come back.

[ All right, so it doesn't seem like there's any real reason for the Masked to come back after Artika -- not if she'd been chipped already, which it sounded like she had. But Bariyan wouldn't put it past her to try and dig the thing out herself. ]
