ATTENTION ALL TRANSPORTS.
We have been compromised. Pertinent information has been leaked to the United Earth. You must be vigilant. I repeat: You must be vigilant. We have reason to believe that the United Earth will retaliate against us, but we do not know what actions they will take or when those actions will take place.
If you see any suspicious activity, please contact us immediately. It is for your safety and the safety of the citizens of Exsilium that we plead your vigilance. In the event of an emergency, you will hear an alarm sound.
We will stand our guard and we will be available at all times for your needs. Do not hesitate to seek an Initiative member out if you see or hear anything. We will be stationed at each corner in the city from this moment forward.

[ note: There will be a single bomb dropped just outside the Initiative Hold (changed from being in the Marketplace/Courtyard so as to not interfere with the Transport log), close enough to be loud and noticeable around 8pm EST game time. Characters are totally free to react to this happening, and the Initiative will have made a secondary announcement on the Network at that time for people to come and find them.
There will be a log up tomorrow for the bulk of the event to take place! This is just the kick-off! ]
