Why are these...apartments so white? [The way she says 'apartment' makes it clear the word is unfamiliar] It's almost enough to give a person snow blindness.

I need to get some air. Is there anyone out there with some familiarity in using a sword? Or...who doesn't mind facing off with someone using one, for that matter. I need practice against more than just people using the same weapon as me. [She shoves a hand back through her hair] Especially in this place.

Tuesdays and Thursday are compulsory, apparently. I've been working every day - it's not like there's much else to do. [a beat] That is to say - what I mean is, yes, that's a good idea.

Being raised by a martial priesthood teaches you much about compulsory training. I shouldn't complain - I've lived almost sixteen years by my skills and no one's killed me yet.

No priest, no. A foundling, raised by priests. My particular talents... do not lead me well towards the arts required for a priest. I do have my faith, yes, but I'm not a priest.

My teachers would actually laugh if they heard that idea.

I'm sorry, I'm not really familiar with how it all works. The priests that I do know of in my world aren't considered pleasant by most Orandines.
