As hard to believe as using time travel to change the course of a war with magic weapons? It's at least worth looking into.

Why? I hardly see the point. Even if resurrection is possible, death is still death, it doesn't change a thing.

Of course it changes things! Death is bad! It's a horrible, inescapable, blank end to everything and there's no way for humans to escape it! Unless these Initiative people have proven otherwise, that is, which is why I want to know if I can avoid death!

Because you are still dying. You will still feel pain, and if its true, you'll be trusting our captors with your life.

Pain is unpleasant, yes, but temporary. I've felt pain before, and I dare say I shall feel it again.

As for our captors, I don't know if it's even them that would be causing this strange immortality.
