[ in between arthas and now, bariyan hasn't had enough free time to even check the network to see this post; he's just out because he's concerned as hell.

he saw koltira rush off, but doesn't know for sure where the man went. bariyan figures the lake is as good a bet as any. so that's where the early hours of saturday find him, picking through the forest through the early-morning haze, still slightly battered from his previous encounter.

he thinks he hears a noise somewhere off to his left, and turns his head that way. hard to see from here... bariyan rolls a shoulder, and moves in closer. ]

[Koltira kneels some distance from where Bariyan stands, his palms flat against the dead earth, his eyes wide with agony. His body quakes from the intensity of the spasms wracking his body--they're worse than before, so much worse, and he doesn't understand why. When he hears Bariyan's footsteps, his head snaps up, but his expression--tortured, suffering--doesn't change.]

But Victor's dead, she can't face Elena to save her life, Harry's bleeding again most likely, and Charlie's-- well it's all just a mess, isn't it? She doesn't have anywhere safe to head home to.

Unless Koltira's up for a little company, which, knowing him, he doesn't have an excuse not to let her in.

[There's no word on the network, no note to his roommates. No word to Jaina. Thrall takes off as soon he catches the pained, snarling notes in Koltira's voice.

There must be something that he can do. There must be something. Even if it's giving some of his blood so that someone innocent doesn't have to suffer, he'll do it. He'd rather try other routes first, though.

The orc steps cautiously onto the lakeshore. Having traded in his masquerade garb as soon as possible, he's back in battle gear and not without Doomhammer, though the hammer remains bound at his belt. He's not about to pull a weapon on Koltira if he can help it.]

Koltira! [He doesn't see the death knight at first, and so calls for him instead. This goes beyond responsibility for his former subjects; Koltira is a friend.]

She knows she got off to a bad start with Koltira but he's undead and apparently going to do something bad if someone doesn't stop him. She's in her uniform that covers ever last inch of skin and wearing her helmet that makes her voice sound hollow and mechanical. Only her arms made of Nether energy can be seen and they seem to glow even brighter the closer she gets to him.]

Sounds like you have some problems that need to be stopped.
