Right. It's too important to be taken seriously.

Really though, if I've got a better idea where we're all coming from, I've got a better idea of how we should try to get where we're going. Are councils going to do us much good if we only know how to bow to kings?

We've tried this before— setting up leadership. But it never sticks, and I'm curious. So I'm trying to think up reasons why.
