That's true, it could be voted on. It could also be voted on whether or not we want to allow designated seats to groups, of course. None of this will be decided without everyone's input.

But why do you think they wouldn't be listened to as advisors? Would you vote for someone for the council that you didn't think would listen to someone offering expert advice?
