Feferi suggested that newcomers, those who have been here for under a certain period of time, get a designated seat on the council. Another suggestion would be to establish new voices as a panel for advising, but leave the seats themselves only to popular voting. Both are options, but either way, I agree. It's important to have some fresh input.
