The first suggestion isn't necessarily a bad idea, but then you have to consider when a vote is necessary, and you'd likely end up with more than half the decisions being decided by referrendum anyway. Voting takes a consirable amount of time and resources, though if an electronic system of voting could be set up through the tablets, that could simplify things.

I won't argue with that, but if two or three or ten people decide not to go along with a decision made, or to actively go against it, how do you suggest they be handled? It's rathr difficult to have a government without a structured justice system.
