[And now for something completely different.
For a small amount of people, such as Elaine, the mutiny itself didn't have much in the way of meaning, honestly. The hugest inconvenience was the darkness and inoperability of the doors, now that the network was back up. To her, this didn't seem like much more than a way to waste time -- even having a vague understanding of exactly why this is happening, she doesn't quite get it. Things will be fixed faster if everyone works together, she thinks. Get over yourselves, she thinks.
Which is why she technically sides with the Initiative, but there's not much she can do if she can barely see at the moment. So anyone pro-initiative might have gotten medical supplies or crappy space food, whatever, delivered. Even if you're a mutineer this might have happened. Lack of support for the cause doesn't necessarily mean she'll bother making a distinction, after all. It's not like she'll get permanently hurt.
Is what she thought, anyway. Wherever she is at the moment, her voice is flat as usual for anyone who knows her, but her breathing is slightly rough.]
-- Ah, there it goes...
I apologise for interrupting, as we certainly do appear to be in the midst of a rather serious situation, but this is somewhat urgent. If there is anyone in possession of both ice and any amount of leeches, then I would be quite appreciative!
I am uncertain what I may be able to give you in exchange, but I would be willing to work towards any compromise that you would prefer.

voice;
Yes, I suppose that you could refer to it as such. The contract that allowed my limbs to reattach has also been severed, I believe?
... He may be angry with me.
[Which is fine. He'll forget sooner or later and she's fine being a normal person again if he doesn't do anything about this.]
voice;
still. ]
Who's he?
voice;
[Friend? Boyfriend? Subject of romantic interest? Stalker? Subordinate? Gofer?]
His name is Liam. He is my friend from my own world, you see. He came into a large sum of power within these past months, and chose to allow me to benefit from this by contracting with him, in the way that one would with a business, church, or in some ideologies, a demon!
We are, however, no longer on speaking terms upon my arrival to this place, so I would not consider it so strange if he were to have made the choice to remove me.
Might you have some experience with contracting, Miss, to request that I elucidate?
voice;
I - a bit. A long time ago. I understand.
voice;
What sort of contract did you make, Miss? With a singular creature, or with an organization, perhaps? For what reason?
voice;
It was - with a man. [ because that's what he was then, and it's what he still is. not a monster, not a wizard, but a man. ] I agreed to work for him in exchange for the safety of my kingdom and those I loved.
voice;
voice;
voice;
Ah, well -- assuming that your body is a mortal one, Miss, that is still a feat deserving of praise. It is, after all, your only body! To offer yourself to another in exchange for the safety of those under your protection is noble.
voice;
Anyone would think their own reasons are noble. I can't imagine going into it without good reason.
Did you - mention the specifics of yours?
voice;
It is not that this was something requested by me... rather, he chose to give the effects of my contract -- immortality and a regenerative ability -- to me as a gift.
voice;
voice;
[If she doesn't think about it too hard, she doesn't mind. But considering she's been trying to friendship break up with him since he got here, well.
It'd be a little awkward.]
voice;
Is - he in the habit of breaking contracts?
voice;
voice;
voice;
By funny I mean terrifying.]
I... don't particularly want to speak to him, no. It hardly bothers me if it's severed.
