[As usual, the name "KANEIS MAJOR" is next to the entry instead of his real one. He really didn't want to go to the network about this, but with Aster and Jade gone; Richter may or may not be after him and Dist being...well Dist, he's run out of ideas for scientist to ask. ]
[Plus, he rather get his mind off the fact that's three people that he's known gone this month. So it's better to focus on a question like this, right?]

Does anyone know how the weapons from the Initiative are made?
I mean, I know we gotta use them if we wanna have a chance against the United Earth. But I'd still like to know. It's been on my mind for awhile, and I'm sorta outta people to ask.
