Either way, none of it's exactly desirable. This is definitely the lesser of two evils, but either way you look at it, the choices are rather grim. It's difficult when both options make sense.

I didn't mean to make it seem like I was focusing on the lack of fairness; in all honesty, I agree with you. There's no use in moping about it, and we're not going to get anything done without action.
