IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The Transport section of the Exsilium police force is still operational. Should you have problems that require us (theft, assault, etc.), we can be reached here.

If members of the force could touch base with me it would be appreciated. Note that being on duty while here will require only that you be able to respond to calls sent into the police line. We are all busy and I have no intention of tying anyone to a desk when there is so much to be done.

[ Her name escapes her with airy exasperation to it: ]

[ Mulling, mulling. Ah. ] I remember her. [ a beat, and then almost a smile. ] Are cops your type?

[gevurah]

[ A cheeky grin and she moves closer.

Huskily: ] There's something about a woman in uniform.

[ She lifts an eyebrow, looks up and grins. ]

Oh? Is that so, Ms. Kane?

[gevurah]

[ She bites down on her lower lip, hands circling Roslyn's hips slowly. ]

If you don't mind my saying so, Detective Chief Inspector.

[boughtabookstore]

[ Roslyn smiles, her own hands running up Kate's arms. ]

I don't mind at all. Sometime I should drop by before I change out of my uniform.

[gevurah]

[ She leans in, her nose tracing the curve of Roslyn's jaw and lips barely touching the skin. Tease. ]

Mm... you should keep it on once in a while.

[boughtabookstore]

[ Yeah, that's pretty much being a tease. Roslyn shivers just a little, tilting her head a little as she whispers into Kate's ear, lips just brushing it and breath warm and soft. ]

I think I could see my way to that fairly easily.

[gevurah]

[ She looks around the office space, thoughts wandering to certain places. ]

How are the bunk beds treating you?

[ Roslyn's thoughts are wandering similar places, certainly. ]

Small, confined. But not that bad, in the end. They can be made to accommodate.

[gevurah]

The barracks had bigger beds. Bigger rooms, too.

[ She edges toward the desk. ]

Not quite as many people in them either. It was nice. [ She moves with Kate, turns a little so that she's backing her towards it a little. ] But I do have an office.

[gevurah]

Might as well put it to good use while we're here.

[ She lifts herself atop of it, seating herself. Is the door locked? She doesn't remember and doesn't seem to care right now, lost in the hazy heat of the moment. ]

Mm. Yeah, we can do that.

[ They can definitely do that, though she has just enough self control left to kiss Kate and then move (rather rapidly) to check that the door is in fact closed and locked. She's trying to be seen as professional, after all. But then she's back and kissing Kate again, because right now that's what she'd much rather be doing. ]

Mm.

[ Her hands dart to Roslyn's shirt and all her troubles slip away for the time being. Just Kate, Roslyn, and a desk that she'll help fix up later. ]
