i doubt it, most of the world is either destroyed or UE territory. there have been a lot of wars throughout the years, but no one would have bothered with the moon once it was abandoned.
and it's out of their range. as far as we know, we managed to steal their only complete spaceship, and i doubt they've got weaponry capable of reaching us up there.
