Help me understand. Not one person I have spoken to recalls this mission...But she is still gone. [breath.] Physis is. Others, perhaps? I don't know. No one has any recollection...

Days... [another breath, slower. a beat.] Five days since. I inquired when she would be back, if something had changed...and I felt it. The emptiness that question fell into. They don't know of any mission, where she is...

And did she seem like she was being forced to do such a thing?

[firstroar]

[there's another lapse. his voice is wearier, vexed:] She assured me...insisted. That she would do her best, return soon. I didn't understand, but... [a shifting sound. softer:] I wouldn't say no.

[ he pauses for a moment, running through his head different scenarios and outcomes that could come from the clues he's being given. but in the end though... ]

The chances of the UE having an involvement in this..."disappearance" are more than likely. I highly doubt they would bother taking one person, though.

Is anyone else you are acquainted with missing as well?

"If" being the keyword here. It's simply a thought.

[as he exhales:] It's too possible. [slight pause.] There's no single, simple conclusion for absence...and patterns develop slowly in this.

[there's another sharp exhale as he clears his head of that.] But it's Physis. I know for certain she shouldn't be gone.

And it sounds like there is no limit to your link with her, if I am correct.

[ and if that's true, he automatically thinks of something to dampen a link, dampen a person's power and/or presence. ]

[a slight pause.]

My own strength...And too much distance. If she is too far away, I cannot reach her on my own.

And how exactly do you plan to get off of the island? They patrol the shore, so that is your first obstacle. After that, there are several lands she could be in. You expect to be able to cover all of that on your own without sustaining heavy damage, boy?
