hey, um, i had a question

[ Being in the Cretacious period got him thinking about something that had been bothering him for a while, and that he had tried not to focus on up until this point. ]

if the initiative is using machines to time travel, what's stopping other time travelers from coming here, or stopping us from time traveling on our own? there has to be some people here with that kind of power, right?

If one has the ability to time travel, they lose the ability once they come here. 'Tis a clever way to keep the soldiers trapped, I will give the Initiative that much.

Or pulling several versions of the exact same person! Or someone becoming their own grandpa! I wonder this too, but my guess is that there are soooooo many multiverses that perhaps the chances are just slim. Or maybe it will happen someday! Who knows. ◕3◕

Big guys upstairs probably hold a hell of a lot more power than we realize. Keep us in, keep those out. Trust me, tried to escape the beach holiday, didn't quite like the taste of sand in my mouth after every attempt.

Well, um... there's a lot of people here... there might be someone who does. And has tried.

Me too. We could use all the help we can get! Getting more people here who can help rather than just random assortments might settle all this faster. (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ

I didn't actually have the tech to try, but from the other replies - sounds like there's something limiting this timestream. Which might keep others from entering, too. Either way, it seems we're... a little off the beaten path, when it comes to multiverses.

the initiative likes to take cool toys like that away. as for the rest of it, why the hell would anyone actually try to get here?

I quite agree! On the thoughts, I mean. I know that my companion and I wish to return to our own world. But at the same time! ...I'd prefer.

Well there is good news! It seems like the Initiative is at least good at locking on to particular places and pulling multiple people from there. I know there's at least two people from my world here, and lots of other people here all come from the same places too.
