[Video] Re-arrivals and Introductions.
[The screen shows(to some of you) a familiar red-head, covered in bandages though she doesn't appear to be in any pain. Her hands are clasped over her lap and the eagle-eyed will notice she's in a hospital bed.]
The Initiative does pick the most inopportune moments to draw us back here...
[There is a brief flicker of angst on her features before she smiles again.]
Some of you may remember me but for those of you who have just arrived my name is Erza Scarlet. I hope my guild mates haven't caused you any trouble.
[Natsu getting into fights, Lucy flashing people and Juvia breaking and entering; and there was a lot worse they could have done in her absence. There's small pause.]
I don't suppose anyone could tell me how long I've been gone?
[Locked to Fairy Tail.]
I would very much like to see you all as soon as possible.
[After all she can't really go them at the moment.]

Yes, and I'm fine.

[Seriously it's unnerving to see you that beat up.]
You don't look fine. You just showed up today?
[He's already walking though. More like walking with quick strides to get there faster.]

Yes, I think so. I just woke up not too long ago.
[Dimensional travel is draining.]

[Probably from the point the dragons came from the castle.]
At least you woke up in there instead of on the streets or something.
[And the fighting wasn't too generous either.]

I collapsed in the transportation chamber before they brought me here.
[She's ashamed to even admit that and it shows on her face.]

[That was almost as rare as hearing Acnologia took up priesthood!]

A lot has happened back home...

I guess so. Last thing I remember is guards surrounding Lucy and Yukino to arrest them and me getting my magic sucked up by the Eclipse gate. Though I guess compared to things on your end I got off easy.
[ Video ]
They opened the Gate, Natsu.
[ Video ]
So they went back in time and killed Zeref like they were planning?
[Though wait that wouldn't get Erza this beat up.]
[ Video ]
[Erza knew it was too convenient that they just had Eclipse lying around.]
No Natsu, the Gate didn't take anyone back...
[She takes a breath remembering the deafening roar and the wave of destruction that came in it's wake.]
The gate opened and dragons from four-hundred years ago came through it to our time.
[ Video ]
[Even if Natsu didn't trust that bastard one bit. The fact that they wanted Lucy set off a whole slew of alarms in his head back then.]
W-What did you say? Dragons came through?! But how?
[And more importantly, where the hell was he during all of this?]
[ Video ]
[She's given this a fair amount of thought.]
They must have shut the gate somehow, we were told ten thousand dragons would appear but there are only seven and yet the odds are still against us...
[She'd almost died and now Erza was trapped here in a bed, about to return to a completely different battle than the one she wanted to fight. Having to abandon her family in a time of crisis...]
I can't stand this, Natsu...
[ Video ]
[But hearing how it all went wrong doesn't help his worries in the least.]
Seven dragons...
[Igneel was plenty strong and if those new dragons were even a fraction as powerful as Acnologia then there was no wonder they were being hard pressed to fight back.]
[Still hearing that last sentence struck a chord. He didn't like seeing Erza succumb like that. She was strong as well as smart. She could come up with ideas and plans he wouldn't even consider since they would be too complicated.]
[So he doesn't say anything in response to that.]
I'm already here. I'll see you soon.
[It's abrupt but he needs to figure out how to encourage his dear friend. Natsu arrives at her door and knocks on the door twice having followed her scent.]

Well this is new. Usually I'm the one all bandaged and in bed.
[Since he is the epitome of reckless but sometimes that does win them the battle.]

I suppose it must be somewhat jarring to see me like this. It looks worse than it feels.

It sure is. But it also makes all of what you said that much more real.
[Still to think that dragons would come from that gate. Though honestly it made sense if he thought about it. A gate worked two ways after all. Even he knew that kind of logic.]
