[If Nate sounds tired and cranky, it's because he is. Still injured from the mission, having the psychic feedback of everyone grumpy about the whole exploding spaceship thing bouncing around his head - yeah. Not a happy camper here. Which is probably also why he sounds a bit defensive.]

Look, at least nobody died, alright?

[...Yeah, he looks about as tired as he sounds. Sorry, new roomies.]

Yeah. I know. It... happens a lot. [ He's mastered, uh, beans. That's it. ] But I don't expect to be camping again so soon, so that won't be a problem anymore.

Or beans. What a limited diet. At least when there was a big camp following the main army around, we had actual supplies...

[ This limited-to-tins thing is awful, just awful. ]
commentboxtroll: (it is an aggravation)

I know, I know. This was the first time I had to manage a smaller group, that's all. It's just wishful thinking to hope for better food to carry along in those cases.

Probably not the kind of tech we have, though, right?
commentboxtroll: (it is not an adventure)

Which makes that likely a big no. So much for that...
commentboxtroll: (feign disorder and crush him)

The things in the bags? Those used to be worse?
