—and now there's a hole in her notebook just great!!! She rips that out for a fresh sheet to continue trying before she growls at herself, and a few minutes later she crumbles up the paper in her hand.

There is no answer to this! There's no way you can connect all the houses without at least one house intersecting with another for any of these utilities. Maybe if you go through one of the houses? But I feel like the problem would be easy if that were the case, because then you could connect the other houses just fine if one house had one utility running through it completely, so that can't be it.

My final answer is that this is not solvable. Nope, no way. [ You can't see her but she's shaking her head at the tablet very fiercely as if he could see her. ] And if there is a way I will...I don't know, buy you lunch or bake you cookies or something. [ There is a huff before she mutters to herself. ] There's no way that's possible...stupid puzzle...
