So, um, first off I just wanted to say hi to all the new people! And say that I'm sorry you're kind of stuck here, too. It's tough, but there are lots of nice people here, so if you're having trouble with anything I bet you'd be able to get help. Except going home, that's still a mystery for everyone.

[And then a smile breaks out on her face, and she moves her tablet so the feed shows a wing of one of the gyms with a barre running along a wall, and mirrors attached to that wall. As quickly as she turned the camera away from her face, it's focused back on her.]

I know last time that I mentioned I was looking for a place to dance, and some other people mentioned they'd be interested in the same thing, so I asked the Initiative people if it would be okay if we could have a wing in one of the gyms to turn into a place for the dancers here to practice. And, um, they said yes, so here we are! There's not going to be formal lessons or anything, unless somebody else wants to set something like that up. I just wanted to let everyone know that they can stop in whenever they want to!

Oh, and - if there's anybody interested in going outside the city sometime, I'm looking to take a trip or two. Before anyone gets all worried, I know to be really careful, and I've done it once before.

[With another smile, she leans forward to end the feed.

[That's... complicated, Ahiru. He pauses, and she might hear him inhale as he considers his answer, but his voice catches a moment. Well, how would he describe the Organization without... giving it away?]

I guess I might call myself an Information Appropriation Specialist.

I don't really know what that means at all!

[A good natured laugh.]

[A laugh, despite himself. Well at least he hasn't lost his touch.]

So, like... Making a plan for watching stuff?

Well, I'm usually the guy doing the watching. Pal'a mine does the planning part. But you're on the right track.

So, um, what are you watching?

Whatever's interesting, mostly. [Even if that means deviating from the mission parameters.] My job is mainly to keep an eye on the goings-on in worlds the people I work for think might have useful materials. Ah... sort of like a scout, if you will.

[Well, the recon part of it is pretty much that. He'll leave out the taking out Heartless part for now. That's sort of on a need to know basis.]

Oh, that sounds sort of cool! What do they use the materials for once you find them?

That's a secret~

[A pause, and then a startled laugh.]

I-It's really that mysterious, huh?

[He kind of laughs in response. Surprisingly enough, he really does a bit better after chatting with Ahiru some. Well, as much as he can 'feel', that is.]

I think you'll find I'm full of mysteries. Never a dull moment when you hang out with me, got it memorized?

[Another giggle.]

So you're, like, a secret agent or something! Sure, that's all memorized.

I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you.

[Pause, for dramatic effect.]

Just kidding. I always wanted to say that. [He only kills people who get in the way, after all.] Honestly I'd rather be a full-time nap-taker, all things considered. Or maybe a professional procrastinator. Unfortunately those aren't really my most marketable skills.

[She figures it's a joke, so she only rolls her eyes, amused, not that he can see.]

Well, maybe you can take up full time napping as a hobby here, when they're not sending us on missions. I doubt they'd try to stop you!

[Gosh Ahiru he's actually a scary dangerous guy. He totally killed two coworkers! You should be afraid of him!

[Except for the part where he's also a big dweeb who's a total pushover for adorable children. What a dichotomy.]

I've been practicing, actually. The beds here are way nicer than the ones back home, in any case.

Maybe you can smuggle one back when all this is over!

Now there's an idea; I like the way you think.

[He pauses awkwardly a moment, unsure of himself now. Part of him wants to say thanks for cheering him up, but that's just so... weird for him. Axel rarely says please, even more rarely says thank you, and never apologizes--what are manners and delicacy, really?

[Then he clears his throat, and you can't see it but he's rubbing the back of his neck the way he does when he's kind of embarrassed.]

An-anyway. Ah... well, when you wanna go check out the edge of the city or the ruins or whatever, gimme a call, okay? Can't train for nap-a-thons all the time, that'd just be overkill.
