FINALLY sorry I gave up looking and drew them myself

After a moment the image fuzzes to life. A tall man dressed in a yukata. He has swords on his belt but that appears to be just for show.
So maybe. Maybe he had called in a favor with Pereptor and had him alter it to his... preferences.
