[Look who finally bothered to figure out the communicator. After how many months of being here? But, well, he's conversed enough that Tyki figures he can figure out how not to flub up his own entry to this bizarre communal journal too much.

He sounds the picture of a good-humored gentleman but you won't see his face. Better not to show too much, with Allen around - the boy knows both his White and Black forms, after all. Tyki wouldn't want to blow his cover for his White side, or let Allen do that. Cover might well be a problem eventually.

A chuckle.] Do you lot complain as much at home as you do here? Or have as much philosophical conversation? Either that lot have really terrible luck targeting their little device, or your homes must be very dry places.

Well, it'd be natural for people who were suddenly uprooted from their homes to complain. Some of us adapt and roll with it better than others.

What sort of fun are you talking about?

More fun to be had for the rest of us if they're taking up time with moaning and groaning, I suppose. Are you looking for some fun?

Well I can only do so much training and running on the building rooftops. What did you have in mind for fun?

Drinking? Cards? Song? That's not too crass for a lady, is it?

Hmm...I mostly played cards myself, making new tea blends, reading and sampling drinks. My job doesn't always grant me the pleasure of enjoying them as much.

Ah, well, cards is all to the good. What was your job?

Well before I was brought here, I ran a tea house and in my home world, I fought rogue supernatural beings.

Really. That sounds like an exciting life. Though I wouldn't think of those as going together.
