[If you're watching this, you'll realize pretty quickly that the communicator is placed at the far end of a bath tub. How can you tell? Because there is a woman in the tub across from the communicator. Nothing explicit can be seen due to convenient placement of frothy bubbles.

Erza shows no signs of actively trying to preserve her modesty and is fully aware that the device is transmitting.]

Greeting fellow... transports? That's what they've been calling us I believe.

My name is Erza Scarlet and I'm what we call a wizard on my world. I belong to a guild known as Fairy Tail.

[She pauses, seemingly distracted by her own thoughts before she smiles at the camera.]

I had meant to introduce myself earlier, but I've been confined to the infirmary for the past two weeks recovering from injuries I received prior to and during my arrival here.

That reminds me.

I'd like to thank everyone who came to my aid; it was foolish of me to return to the battlefield so soon after... Forgive me I'm trailing off. Regardless, I owe you all a debt of gratitude for your assistance.

[She inclines her head to emphasize her gratefulness.]

I'd also like to greet to my new roommates in Room 710. Villiers, Lash, I hope we'll get along.

[And you will get along with her or suffer the consequences.]

I can see how one could make that mistake, but there is actually a reason our guild is named this way.

[She almost beams with pride while saying that.]

It's said that there were once magical creatures called fairies but no one has seen one in a very long time. The name Fairy Tail stems from a question.

[She smiles to herself, it's a bit of a sad smile and when she speaks again there's a noticeable quiver in her voice.]

Do fairies really have tails? Do they even exist? Like them this place, our guild, is an eternal mystery... A never ending adventure.

[If Joseph is watching carefully he'll notice the tears in her eyes.]

[She runs her fingers across her eyes to dry the tears and smiles.]

I'm just worried about the person who told me that story.

We all were. Before I woke up here I was... About to perish alongside all of my dear friends.

[The reality of that situation seems to sink in now.]

A Black Dragon called Acnologia attacked us... We weren't powerful enough to defeat it.

[a slight pause.]

[She repeats it to herself for memories sake.]
