[ After a long search, Takegami has found something he just wants to share with everyone. But instead of showing it to people, he is just going to play it. So enjoy a little piano music over the new netbooks.

Then he will sigh and the video is turned on. The room is disused and dusty, water stains on the walls and various plant life creeping inside. Maybe at one time the room had been full of artwork and elegant furnishings but now it was all crumbling, though a few pieces looked intact. ]

Ah, there. It's back in tune. Do you know how hard it is to tune such an instrument without the right tools? [ The camera swivels around so he can look at all you lovely people and smile. ]

The only question is how to it back to the City in one piece. I don't suppose any of you can help me, can you?

There was one in the city but the bombing destroyed it. I was lucky to stumble into this one.

How far away from the city are you?

A few miles. I decided on taking a walk and seeing just how far this new toy can broadcast.

Interesting stroll, I'd say. What's out there? I haven't gone out past the city limits yet.

I like being away from people at times.

Not much but ruins of what was once an Empire.

Standing on top of previous empires. Nothing new...

Mostly crumbling city or is there a good patch of forest, too?

That is how the world always turns.

There are things growing, yes. Some I am not sure what they are, but they are green.

Hmmm. [Thoughtful hum but then he changes the subject back]

If you manage to get that piano here, maybe I'll see if my fingers can still work. [Amused; the flexibility of his fingers are so not up to par anymore]

Oh? Did you play the piano as well?

When I was a kid, then I stopped in high school.

[onemoredeath]

I started as a child as well, stopped when I was a teen then returned to it during a competition between a few other people I refused to lose to.

Refused huh? I never had any super important piano battles.

Every couple of years I would go back, though. It was hard not to, with a piano in the house and my sisters practicing.

[onemoredeath]

Ah, you can say it was between myself and a business rival over a woman.

My younger brother wasn't talented at music. He tried, but he just did not hear the notes.

[Chortles at that] A woman? So did you win her in the end?

I was alright, but my sisters were better. They had more patience with it than I did.

Yes until she left me naked in a hotel room while she ran off with a blond European that drove a Porsche.

Aha, I never had any patience unless I wanted to win.

[strategic_guile]

[Pauses; jokingly because he's not European] Oh, sorry about that.

That we might have in common.

[onemoredeath]

[ That guy had been; tall, painfully blond, and rather an idiot. Takegami still laughs about it. ] I felt worse for the poor husband that she stole all the money from.

Good. I enjoy challenges.

[Except for the idiot part, it matches Blaine to a 'T'] Oh well, easy come easy go, if he was that stupid.

Oh, what's our challenge then?

He was a little simple, yes. He should have seen it coming considering the amount of times I had to go out the bedroom window and left clothing behind.

I did say I was going to look for you.

[Snorts at this]

Did we say what was going to happen to whoever got found first?

I do not think that matter had been discussed.

We might as well make it interesting. What would you want?
