I had thought that the answer was clear, but considering what we were recently put through...

I'm having difficulty deciding which one I find more insufferable between The Initiative and the United Earth.

Perhaps some of you would like to share your thoughts on the matter?

The United Earth, naturally. They seemed rather sure of themselves, if their past message was any indication.

D --> Their methods are destructive but agitating enough that they have an effect

I would hope that, effective and agitating as may have been, we've all managed to settle down by now.
