Hey, he's got to make sure his food supply is still around. Some of the stores are all right, some aren't. He'll continue wandering around the city just to see how bad some of the conditions are, maybe dropping by the housing to see how his room is (that being his actual room, not the apartment he's staying with Ace in).]

[Later on, he finally turns on his notebook, fiddling with it until he assumes it's recording.] So, is it normal to have all that stuff around here? The bombs and the gas and those weird mask guys? 'Cause they sure seemed pissed at you guys.

[He can't help but burst into laughter at the noogie, throwing his arm around Ace's shoulders.] That's no fair! I'll never be older than you!

[ ace laughs a little and pinches luffy's cheeks, stretching them out. ]

[Just for that, Luffy sticks out his tongue to make a ridiculous face. Still laughing, though.] Not even with your own brother?!

[ he lets go of luffy's cheeks abruptly. ] Especially not with my brother.

Good! Then you can't get mad about this! [He leaps up to tackle and... TICKLE ATTACK.]

Ah! Ow! [ he makes a face and grabs at luffy's cheeks. no fair, little brother. ]

Oi! That's nowhere near as bad a Grandpa! [GONNA KEEP YOU PINNED UNDERNEATH HIM.] Give up yet?

Never! [ since luffy used haki, ace feels no guilt lighting up parts of his body that luffy's not touching. it's not enough fire to be dangerous, but it is enough to be uncomfortably warm. ]
