I would ask, if it is not too much of a trouble - can anyone tell me if there is a place in this city where one could go and lay a flower for someone they have lost?

It is simply that - my father was buried in my world and I would travel to lay flowers for him when I could.

but since none of know how long we'll be staying here, I would like to know if such a place exist.

[since this is a personal sort of question, Artie feels like video would be too intrusive and text would be too personal. voice seems like a fair balance. he speaks up quietly]

I'm new here, so I'm not sure, but ... if there isn't? You could always create a memorial in your room... In some cultures, people reserve a small space for pictures and other items that remind them of the person they've lost.

[he knows a lot about honoring the memories of people he's known, after all]

Well, there are a number of ways. The most common is to put objects and images that remind you of them on a table, or a mantel. A lot of people burn candles or incense, too, but I'm not sure how much access we have to that kind of thing.

Hmm. ... What did he do for work? Maybe there's something around here you could use to, I don't know, represent his trade.

Oh - [there's a soft sigh of a laugh, a humble one] - I'm not a Lord, you can just call me Artie. Maybe you could find something made out of iron, some sort of --

Wait, did you say "Camelot"?

There's a legendary city named Camelot, where I'm from, but it's been gone for centuries, now. Maybe they're not the same, it's probably just a coincidence.

But it's nice to meet you, too. What's your name?

[NO. WAY. he's just going to take a moment to process that. wow. time travel's A Thing here, that much has been proven, but to actually be talking to THE Guinevere --! ... okay, calm down, Arthur. even the oldest stories are so varied that there's no telling which one is true. especially since Excalibur's scabbard is sitting quietly back home in the Warehouse...]

Gwen it is, then. It's a pleasure to meet you. .... And I am sorry about your father. Did you lose him recently?

Of course. It's - never easy to lose anyone. Especially when they're family. ... I hope you're able to find something that you can do here to honor his memory.

In a manner of speaking, yes. We're not - we're not related by blood, but - well, we might as well be.
