The face that stares through the tablet is that of a very fiercely determined little boy making his best effort at being intimidating.]

I don't know what you're playing at, whoever you are, but this is the worst mistake you've ever made. If you've taken me you know who my dad and brother are – and they'll come for me. You better believe they'll make you regret this – so just do yourselves a favor and take me back. It's your only way out.

ctsv's voice comes through clear, though quiet and high-pitched. ]

Anyway.

The enemy here is draining other worlds and stealing resources from them. So we've been pulled here to fight back. I don't know why they'd bring a kid like you, though, but-- hm.

[ he leaves that thought where it is, and starts to scramble around on his own tablet to try and dig up an explanation that he knows was given.... ]

[Being belittled like that, it drives him crazy. But there are more important things to deal with, he reminds himself. Remain invisible, remain normal. Kick butt when the going gets rough. This is how he'll survive until dad and Dean can come and get him.]

The United Earth. [ distracted, as he's still flicking through old network posts, looking for something. ] Didn't they tell you all this when you came in?

[Someone's cranky and the first person to offer a nap is getting punched in the face. It'll be more painful than it seems.]

[ ctsv sits back now, with a huff. He's found that network post he was looking for. ]

Ah. By the way, they say that they can't control who the transporter brings in, or when. So they didn't bring you here on purpose. Also, they can't make it send you back.

[This all sounds so ominous and God, if he didn't have so much practice at not crying he would be breaking down into sobs right now.]

Initiative. They call themselves the Initiative. They're trying to stop the United Earth -- the enemy -- from invading our worlds. Includes yours.

That sounds like a bad sci-fi cover story.

But they can actually do everything they say they can do. They brought you here. They sent us back in time. Whatever. Maybe they are legitimate.

Though I never did see any of their United Earth in my world.
