Good day, everyone! [she offers the feed a smile] My name is Rosalyn Cross & I am a priest of the church of Prontera in Rune-Midgard. I am very skilled in healing magic so if you're ever injured in any way, shape, or form please feel free to see me. I'll be more than happy to patch you up!

[suddenly she bends down for a quick moment before lifting up what looks to be a smiling pink blob] This is my good friend Solomon. He would like to help out in any way as well!

[she sets Solomon down on her lap & then looks back tothe feed]

If it's not too much to ask, can someone point me out to the nearest library? I'd like to know as much about this place & its history as I can so I can be of more help. Thank you so very much! I hope we can be friends!

Ashraf...? [she picks up the tablet with both her hands to peer into the screen. is that... is that really him?] I-Is that really you?

It is, I — [ oh god did they really just bring someone he'd actually liked? what is this nonsense?? he's still too startled for any actual smiling, but he's working his way up to it. ] Are you well? When did you arrive?

[ ...and is that priestess robes he's seeing on her?? ]

I'm just fine! I arrived here last night. Oh, I'm so happy to see you! It's been so long!

[ aaannnd he finally manages a smile, wide and warm. ]

[ A nod. ] I will be there soon. [ And, with one last smile, he's off! ]

I'll be waiting! [with that she turns off the feed to go wait patiently at the door like a little puppy oh god]

[ And he's there pretty fast (because, really, what priest ever walks around without AGI, right), rounding the corner from the stairwell and heading to the door with a subdued sort of excitement. ]

[unfortunately she's unable to subdue her excitement because as soon as she sees that familiar face turn the corner, she throws herself at him in a much needed embrace.

nope, no regard for professionalism. she missed him too much!]

[ whoa, hello. There's a second where he's too startled to do much, but an uneasy and slightly awkward return hug kicks in automatically after a few seconds... and a few seconds after that, he recalls that this is pretty much the sweetest acolyte he'd ever known, here, and a priest -- and then it turns into a tight hug and a soft laugh. ]

[that tight hug is matched with a happy squeeze of her own. it'd been such a long time since he left the Church to go off adventuring & he was the first one she wanted to see when she became a priest.

instead of lamenting on the time she missed with him, she smiles big as she looks up at him with a giggle]

Hello Ashraf! I'm so, so, so happy to see you again!

[ He lets go and steps back, but keeps both hands on her shoulders as he looks her up and down. She loosks every inch a priest. ]

You've... grown quite a lot.

[a soft pink hue dusts her cheeks as she smiles up sheepishly]

Do you think so? Hehe, it has been a few years you know!

More than a few. At least six, isn't it?

[ His hands drop to hold hers in a brief clasp, but self-consciousness has him dropping them again in a few seconds. He's... not really sure how to treat her, after so long. ]

Are you thirsty? Or hungry? My own apartment is well provisioned.

It's really been that long, hasn't it...

[her smile melancholy, she trails off there as she looks down at their hands before they're dropped]

O-Oh! Yes, yes that sounds wonderful! Solomon & I haven't gotten a chance to eat yet. [she looks thoughtful, a finger poking her cheek] I've been trying to find the library but I haven't had any luck.

I can take you there, as well.

[ He drops one hand to rest lightly against her upper back, stepping beside her and making to guide her back toward the stairs. ]

After you've both eaten, of course. I should have apples, as well.

Oh, would you? Thank you so much.

[as they start for the staircase, Solomon comes a hoppin' on behind them]

I... hope we won't be a burden to you.

Not in the slightest; in fact, I'm pleased to have you.

[ He renews his spell of agility, casts one over her as well (habit, even if she can do it perfectly well herself by now), and leads the way down the stairs. ]

There are two others here from Rune-Midgard — a gunslinger by the name of Corosa, and a monk named Jacquese. I had met him at the Church, although that was well before your arrival.

[the spell in turn makes the hungry poring following them hop just a little faster]

Oh! I met Jacquese when I first arrived in the dining hall. He showed me how to use that tablet too we acquire when we got here. [she smiles fondly as she glances up at him while they walk] Did you two know each other well?

We knew each other. I would not say "well", nor that we... cared very much for one another.
